(“CrownRock”), as well as for the access to and use of any services supplied to you by CrownRock. This Privacy Policy describes the information that CrownRock collects from you as part of the normal operation of the Website as well as how CrownRock uses and discloses this information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: By accessing or using the Website, you expressly consent to CrownRock’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use for the Website (“Terms”), available at People who visit the Website shall be referred to as “Users.”

In this Privacy Policy, reference is made to CrownRock’s “affiliates,” which shall include companies that are affiliated with CrownRock because these companies are in the same common ownership as CrownRock. 1. Collection and Use of Information
This Privacy Policy relates to CrownRock’s collection and use of any personal information through your use of CrownRock’s Website and of any personal information that you provide to CrownRock, including through email. CrownRock explains in this policy what information CrownRock collects about you through your use of the Website and how CrownRock uses that information.

For Users that access or use the investor portal on the Website, CrownRock may collect basic identifying information from Users, including but not limited to name, email address, telephone number, broker information (e.g., name and phone number of a User’s broker), and company information (e.g., a User’s company name and address), as well as other identifying information, including login information and password. CrownRock may collect the above information, for example, during the account registration process or through forms you voluntarily submit to us.

CrownRock may collect information regarding the usage of the Website, such as a User’s IP address and web browser information. If a User accesses the Website from a mobile device, CrownRock may collect information such as mobile device unique number, mobile software and hardware information. Regardless of the method of a User’s access to the Website, whether via a computer or mobile device, CrownRock may collect information such as pages or areas visited within the Website and what time pages and areas are visited.

From Users who send e-mail inquiries to CrownRock or request information from CrownRock, certain personal information you provide will be used only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

In addition, CrownRock may collect information such as name, phone number, email address and desired position from Users applying for a job via the Website. CrownRock also collects information contained on resumes voluntarily uploaded or sent by job applicants, as well as any information or documentation sent to CrownRock via email.

CrownRock may collect information such as name and email address from Users who sign up for any publications, blogs, or newsletters provided to you directly by CrownRock. CrownRock also collects other information voluntarily provided by such subscribers to CrownRock via email or via any sign-up or opt-in pages of the Website.

2. Children’s Information Policy
CrownRock does not knowingly solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. If CrownRock is made aware that CrownRock has collected personal information from a child under 13 years old in a manner that is inconsistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of the United States, then CrownRock will delete this information as soon as practicable.

3. Cookies Policy
CrownRock uses cookies, web beacons, log file information and similar mechanisms for all or any of the following purposes:
• To store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Website.
• To deliver custom, personalized content and information.
• Identify you when you access, visit, or log-in to the Website.

The information CrownRock collects is used to respond to inquiries, to improve the content and quality of the Website, and to provide information to CrownRock and its affiliates for their respective business purposes.

Other than for CrownRock’s marketing purposes, CrownRock does not use your email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent. CrownRock may use your name, usage history and email address without further consent for non- marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major updates, customer service needs, or items for which you have requested communication).

5. Ownership and Storage of Information

CrownRock uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Website. CrownRock and its licensors own the code, databases, and all rights to the Website and any feedback you provide, except that as between you and CrownRock, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you retain all rights to the personal information you provide to CrownRock through the Website. If you incorporate into feedback any User Content (as defined in the Terms), you hereby grant CrownRock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the User Content when operating the Website and for CrownRock’s internal business purposes. Note that for any User Content that you submit to the Website publicly, you acknowledge that such User Content is publicly accessible. CrownRock cannot monitor access to public User Content and therefore cannot ensure the privacy or security of such information. CrownRock is not responsible for the misuse of any public User Content.

CrownRock may also indefinitely store any information that you provide to CrownRock or any of its affiliates through the Website. CrownRock and its affiliates also reserve the right to delete such information for any reason and for no reason. CrownRock has implemented what it believes to be commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, CrownRock cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk. CrownRock and its affiliates also assume no responsibility for loss of information, however such information is lost, including information that is permanently deleted either through the actions of an employee or consultant or other who has access to the information, through failures of a computer network, or through any policy or directive of CrownRock or any of its affiliates for destruction of data.

6. Transfer of Information
Customer lists and information are properly considered assets of a business. Accordingly, if CrownRock merges with another entity or if CrownRock sells its assets to another entity (collectively referred to as a “Transfer”), CrownRock’s contact lists and information, which may include personal information you have provided CrownRock, would be included among the assets that would be transferred and CrownRock would request that the entity treat your information in accordance with the Terms (including this Privacy Policy). CrownRock makes no guarantees as to whether such entity will treat your information in accordance with the Terms (including the Privacy Policy) and disclaims any liability arising out of such entity’s failure to do so. This same provision is applicable for each affiliate of CrownRock.

Although CrownRock takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of the data you may choose to provide CrownRock from loss or misuse, the transmission of data through the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. This Website may contain links to other websites that are not maintained or controlled by CrownRock. CrownRock is not responsible for the privacy practices (if any) of such other websites, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies (if any). The fact that a link to a third-party website exists on the Website does not mean that the third-party site operates under the same or similar privacy practices as set forth in the CrownRock Privacy Policy. The policies and procedures CrownRock describes here do not apply to third-party websites. If you access a third party website using a link, then you do so at your own risk.
